Owen graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a BA in Business Management. Before becoming a Realtor, Owen was an Infantry Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard as a platoon leader, company executive officer and detachment commander. Owen is an expert in marketing both traditional and non-traditional real estate. His experience ranges from starter homes, distressed properties to new construction and luxury marketing as well as recreation and wetland mitigation land tracts. Owen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, 400 North Association of Realtors, and Master Broker for Georgia for the National REO Brokers Association. Owen is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, selling multi-millions in real estate transactions annually and has earned numerous sales awards including Top Team and the Phoenix Award (over 10 years as a top producer). Owen has earned the Certified REO and the Accredited REO Agent designations with over 15 years of REO listing experience. Having closed hundreds of properties yearly, Owen has been exposed to many different situations and has developed a great skill set in problem solving and negotiating tough situations. This experience is something few in the industry can match and bring to the table as a client's advocate. Aside from work Owen enjoys spending time with his family, building handmade knives and outdoor sports.
